These Terms and Conditions apply to use of the website, product information, downloadable materials, CANary order or invoice requests, and enquiries about engineering services.
A separate written agreement, signed offer, purchase order, invoice terms, statement of work, or software licence may apply to a specific product, service, custom development, or support engagement. If there is a conflict, the specific written agreement applies to that engagement.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer, product liability, data protection, or other mandatory law.
Website content is provided for general business and technical information. NodetLab works to keep information accurate, but specifications, availability, documentation, software versions, images, and service descriptions may change.
The website may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting incidents, security work, or updates. NodetLab may update, suspend, or remove website content at any time.
CANary Lite FD is described as a professional indoor bench, development, diagnostics, validation, and maintenance tool. It is not sold or represented as a safety controller, medical device, machinery safety component, road-vehicle safety component, aviation product, or hazardous-location product.
Customers are responsible for checking whether a product, document, software tool, connector, signal level, or engineering deliverable is suitable for their intended system, regulatory environment, and safety case before use.
Do not use CANary products to control safety-critical systems, public-road vehicle functions, machinery safety functions, medical equipment, or hazardous equipment unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise and all required safety approvals are in place.
The CANary form sends an order or invoice request. It is not an online checkout and no online payment is taken on this website.
A product sale or service contract is formed only when NodetLab confirms the relevant commercial terms, such as product, quantity, price, taxes, shipping, lead time, payment terms, and any special conditions, and the customer accepts those terms according to the agreed process.
NodetLab may decline or cancel a request before contract formation, for example if stock is unavailable, delivery is not practical, export or compliance concerns arise, information is incomplete, or the request appears fraudulent or abusive.
Prices, VAT, other taxes, shipping, customs duties, payment deadlines, and delivery estimates are provided in the relevant offer, invoice, or written confirmation.
Unless a written confirmation states otherwise, delivery times are estimates. Risk, title, export documents, and delivery responsibilities may depend on the agreed commercial terms for the transaction.
Software downloads, manuals, quick instructions, examples, diagrams, and documentation are provided to support compatible NodetLab products and workflows.
Unless a separate licence says otherwise, NodetLab grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use downloaded software and documentation for evaluation, setup, operation, and support of NodetLab products. You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse software except where permitted by mandatory law or written permission.
Customers should use current documentation, check release notes where available, and keep backups of their own configurations, databases, logs, scripts, and project files.
Refunds, returns, consumer withdrawal rights, and defective-product complaints are explained in the Refund Policy. Read the Refund Policy
Consumer statutory rights for non-conforming goods or services are not excluded or reduced by these terms. Business-to-business warranty, support, and return terms may be set in a separate commercial agreement.
Engineering services, consulting, custom hardware, custom software, plugins, reports, prototypes, validation work, and support are scoped case by case. Scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, schedule, pricing, ownership, confidentiality, and support should be agreed in writing before work starts.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customer-specific materials, test data, vehicle or ECU information, databases, credentials, and confidential project information remain the customer responsibility to provide lawfully and accurately.
The website, NodetLab name, product names, text, images, diagrams, software, downloads, documentation, page designs, and other materials are owned by NodetLab or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
Vehicle brand names, manufacturer names, third-party logos, file formats, and third-party product names are used only to describe compatibility, project context, or technical workflows. They remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
You must not misuse the website, forms, downloads, or products. This includes unlawful access attempts, malware, scraping that harms the service, false requests, infringement of third-party rights, export-control violations, or use that creates an unreasonable security, safety, or operational risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NodetLab is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost production, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, incorrect wiring, unsafe test setups, unsupported systems, or use outside documented limits.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including mandatory consumer rights, intentional misconduct, or other non-excludable liability.
Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Cookies and local storage are explained in the Cookie Policy.
NodetLab may update these terms when the website, products, services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
These terms are governed by Polish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to a consumer in their country of residence. Disputes should first be raised by contacting NodetLab so the issue can be reviewed and resolved where possible.
For business customers, unless mandatory law or a separate written agreement says otherwise, disputes are handled by the competent courts for NodetLab. Consumers may have additional rights to use competent consumer authorities or courts under applicable law.
