The controller is NodetLab, Lipowa 3D, 30-702 Krakow, Poland. Tax ID (NIP): 6793307994. REGON: 529501155.
For privacy requests, email contact@nodetlab.com. Please include enough information for us to identify the request and the data it concerns.
2. GDPR rights you may have
Subject to the conditions and limits in the GDPR, you may have the right to access your personal data, receive a copy, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, request restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, receive data portability, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You also have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, if it produces legal effects or similarly significant effects. NodetLab does not use website data for such automated decisions.
3. How to make a request
Send your request to contact@nodetlab.com. You can write in plain language. Tell us which right you want to exercise and which data, message, order request, invoice request, or cookie preference the request relates to.
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity or understand the request. This helps protect personal data from being disclosed to the wrong person.
4. Response time
We respond without undue delay and generally within one month after receiving a valid request. If a request is complex or there are many requests, the GDPR may allow an extension. If that happens, we will tell you why and when to expect a response.
5. Consent and cookies
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You can change cookie choices by using Cookie Settings in the footer or by clearing browser storage. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are disabled unless you allow them.
6. Objection and legitimate interests
Where NodetLab processes data based on legitimate interests, such as website security, business communication, fraud prevention, or claim handling, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will review the objection according to GDPR rules.

You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzedu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stanislawa Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warsaw, Poland, or with another competent EU or EEA supervisory authority.
